I wrote a story this week for The N&O about a local synchronized swimming team in North Raleigh at the Lakemont Swim and Tennis Club. It's made up of girls ages 7 to 17 and is probably one of only two teams in North Carolina. The other is at Meredith College (the team has a couple of performances coming up in November. They're free and open to the public).

Anyway - the kids were adorable. Thought I'd share this photo and this video that Travis Long, a photographer for The N&O, shot. They really were cute.
